Alfie's Goal Wins It

Last night David Kennedy and I traveled to Ottawa to watch the Senators take a 3-0 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals. What a game! The Sens had so many chances to scores but Daniel Alfredsson's goal was all the team needed.

The ScotiaBank Place was rockin' last night. The atmosphere was electric and you would have thought the Sens had just won the Stanley Cup the way the fans were singing and shouting following the game.

Oh what a foretaste of glory divine...

One more win for Ottawa and the Sabres are history!

Wednesday night?

  2. What a treat it must have been to be there at the game! I listened on the radio, as usual, and was certain that any minute Buffalo was going to score twice and win it...was I ever amazed when the siren sounded as the Senators won!

Thanks be to God who gives us VICTORY through our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57) Hey, all it takes is faith, right?! Have you read Romans 8:25 lately?

Just wondering...do any of the Sens, to your knowledge, read Pilgrim Scribblings? I mean, they could really boost you up past 20 readers (plus poor Brodie)!

    Praying for you daily,
    Little Pilgrim Pal
