Waiting For My Ship

Recently our family enjoyed at meal at a Bob Evans Restaurant in Niagara Falls, NY. While waiting to be seated I noticed a great little plaque on the shelf that made Carol and me chuckle.

It read:

WHEN MY SHIP FINALLY COMES IN...I HOPE MY DOCK HASN'T ROTTED!

That's our prayer as we await the arrival of "our" ship! Maybe today...

Now for some serious most reverend talk , Thou David hast known from before time was -- blah blah blah

One thing for sure my friend David - the Lord is not one second late in delivering His Plan or Message to the hungering heart -

  4. Hello, Mr. Fisher!

I thought of you today as I browsed through treasures at a local used book store. I got some great deals, but I wished I had a little more to buy a few more great books. My library is mainly full of nature and pet books and I know I must build it with Godly books, too! I've gotten a few for free out of garbages, but usually I just buy for friends, so today I treated myself. Not to mention I will probably be giving them away to a neighbor once I read them! :)

    Have a blessed evening!

    Praying BIG still,
    Lil Pilgrim Pal
