Hebrews 11:1

Today I received more encouraging mail from my blogging buddy Hebrews 11:1. He has blessed me more than once with notes via snail mail. These are the two cards that were included with today's mail. Thanks my friend! The wording on the larger of the two cards was just what I needed today. Of course the Lord knew that and He used you to send it along.

If you check the comments followings my posts you will find a number of them from Hebrews 11:1.

Keep encouraging others, my friends!

  1. Good Morning David...These are such good verses that Hebrews 11:1 sent.
He always has such good comments on your postings, and this is so nice that he shared these two cards with you and then you shared them with us!
The cards are really easy to read if you click on to make them bigger...

    Have a good day Pilgrim.
When we don't hear from you for a couple of days, we tend to worry about how you are doing
You are very important to all of us!.....from Terry

  3. Good Morning, Mr. Fisher!
Oh, is this what little sisters are for? I go to mail a "special package" and I come home to hear, "Go, look at the Pilgrim's blog, now!" from her. She's been talking about the Senators all morning, so I ask, "Is it about the Sens?" "No. Just go look!" She smirks. "You commented?!" was my next question. "Yes." "Then I hope you didn't embaress me." Suddenly, I remembered the letter-- didn't I just mail it on Thursday? mail goes fast!-- and I ran down to the computer. I almost feel embaressed to be mentioned, really. I am so glad that those verses came at the right time. Praise the Lord! As one of my favorite songs says, "Not because of who I am, but because of what You've (God) done; not because of what I've done, but because of who You are...I am Yours." (Third Day, "Who am I?")
Galations 6:14: But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.

Oh, and to pick up on what Terry said, I was worrying about you, too. It seemed strange not to hear from you for awhile, and I was praying hard that you were okay.
May the Lord bless both you and your readers with His Goodness, Love, and Peace today.

  4. Yes Hebrews 11:1...It's pretty bad when that Jel had to email me and ask if I had heard from the "Fish" and her wondering to me if he was alright!

Him and his hundreds of readers...Who does that David Fisher think he is anyway--worrying us like that?!

Oh for the good old days when he was on everyday for his thirteen faithful readers plus Brodie!![Nah! NOT really!]...from Terry
